Job summary

MSD seeks a Senior Functional Analyst to lead functional design, requirements analysis, and codeless BMIDE configuration for Teamcenter X across PLM domains. You will drive governance, validation readiness, and cross-functional collaboration with ERP/MES integrations in a regulated environment.

You will mentor analysts, own UAT activities, and partner with Siemens and partners to advance the digital-thread roadmap while ensuring data integrity and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive Teamcenter functional experience.
• Experience configuring Teamcenter using BMIDE.
• Experience leading UAT and validation in regulated environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements for PLM processes.
• Translate requirements into Teamcenter functional specs and designs.
• Configure Teamcenter using BMIDE and manage object types, forms, and rules.
• Lead migration from Aras to Teamcenter X.
• Design workflows and signoff processes for ECM and document control.
• Prepare IQ/OQ/PQ, traceability matrices, and user procedures.
• Lead UAT and coordinate validation activities.
• Provide Tier-3 functional support and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior analysts and support governance forums.
• Collaborate with Siemens and partners on roadmap and vendor validation.
• Represent functional perspective in digital-thread initiatives.
