Job summary

Glocomms is seeking a Principal Developer Teamcenter X in the USA to lead the enterprise Teamcenter environment modernization. You will own technical architecture, guide migrations, and mentor PLM engineers.

The role requires hands-on Teamcenter development experience, ITK, BMIDE, and integration with ERP/CAD/manufacturing systems, with governance responsibilities and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter development experience.
• Experience with Teamcenter and Teamcenter X.
• Experience with ITK, BMIDE, AW C, SOA services, and server-side extensions.
• Strong background in enterprise application integration (ERP/CAD/manufacturing).
• Leadership in technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture for Teamcenter customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Design and develop server-side Teamcenter customizations using ITK (C/C++), BMIDE extensions, UI extensions.
• Architect integrations between Teamcenter and ERP/CAD/manufacturing/quality systems.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable development patterns.
• Lead technical decisions for PLM transformation and migration initiatives.
• Mentor developers and provide production support, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
