Brunswick Corporation seeks an experienced Teamcenter Solutions Engineer to lead PLM projects, ensuring user adoption and delivering a best-in-class user experience through close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT. You will configure and customize Teamcenter modules, provide architectural guidance, and drive organizational change management to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years engineering/manufacturing experience preferred.
• 10+ years implementing Teamcenter PLM with knowledge in Engineering, Manufacturing and Service.
• Experience with cloud-based Teamcenter (Azure or AWS) preferred.
• Excellent communication to operate across business and IT teams.
• Experience with multiple Teamcenter implementations including upgrades and Active Workspace.
• Strong PLM process knowledge to map business requirements to technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM projects with responsibility to deliver complex projects in a fast-paced team environment.
• Define strategies and technologies to meet Brunswick's PLM needs and drive business outcomes.
• Lead requirements gathering and design strategies with the PLM Implementation Team.
• Configure and build Teamcenter modules such as Item & Document Management, BOM, Change Management, and Reporting.
• Provide architectural guidance on PLM system design, performance, migrations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with PLM Solution Manager and other leads to architect PLM/ALM infrastructure and hardware sizing.
• Lead Organizational Change Management with proactive feedback and risk-to-opportunity conversion.
