Job summary

General Motors Africa & Middle East in Warren, MI seeks a Sr. Teamcenter PLM Solutions Engineer to translate business needs into scalable PLM configurations.

You will capture requirements, design end-to-end multi-level BOMs, manage eBOM/dBOM alignment, and collaborate with PLM architects, developers, and data migration teams to support vehicle programs. Qualifications

• 5-7 yrs of experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions architecture, deployment, and hands-on configuration.
• Bachelor's degree (technical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience installing, patching, tuning, and configuring multi-tier Teamcenter environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with engineering and business stakeholders to understand data structures and configuration needs.
• Design end-to-end solutions for multi-level Product BOMs and BOM alignment (eBOM/dBOM).
• Define how Teamcenter capabilities are used vs. customized, map objects/relationships for BMIDE.
• Collaborate with PLM architects, developers, and data migration teams to guide custom development.
• Architect the flow of engineering change management processes and UAT oversight.
• Develop business process models, user stories, and product backlogs from definition to production.
• Lead workshops with end-users to elicit requirements and map processes.
