Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Teamcenter Solution Architect to join our engineering support organization. This role focuses on leading architecture across Teamcenter Product Configurator and Quality modules, aligning configuration with quality processes and digital thread initiatives.

You will mentor teams, define standards, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering end-to-end PLM solutions in a remote U.S. setting.

Qualifications

• 12-18+ years of experience in PLM implementations.
• 5+ years specializing in Teamcenter Product Configurator and Quality modules.
• Strong understanding of BOM management, variant conditions, effectivity, and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of integrated PLM solutions focusing on Teamcenter Product Configurator and Quality modules.
• Define architecture standards and reusable patterns for configuration and quality management.
• Guide development teams on data modeling, extensions, and customization using BMIDE, ITK, and SOA.
• Lead end-to-end implementation programs, mentor team members, and provide architectural leadership for digital quality transformation initiatives.
