Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Teamcenter Functional Lead with 15+ years of PLM experience to drive semiconductor PLM transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams, define scalable Teamcenter solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and implementation partners to optimize ECM, BOM, and NPI processes.

Qualifications

15+ years of PLM consulting and functional leadership experience.
Extensive Siemens Teamcenter implementations and transformations.
Strong understanding of semiconductor product development processes.
Proven experience leading global PLM transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Lead business process consulting and Teamcenter solution definition activities.
Conduct requirements gathering, process assessments, and fit-gap workshops.
Drive PLM transformation programs within semiconductor environments.
Define and optimize ECM, BOM, NPI/NPD, and product development processes.
Partner with business leaders and technical teams to align Teamcenter with business goals.
Provide leadership during design, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
Support integration strategy involving CAD, ERP, and MES systems.
