Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Teamcenter Functional Lead with deep expertise in Semiconductor PLM to lead enterprise PLM transformation initiatives. You will guide business stakeholders, product engineering teams, and partners to define scalable Teamcenter solutions that improve NPI, engineering change, and BOM management.

The role demands 15+ years in PLM consulting and proven global leadership, with hands-on experience in Teamcenter deployments and semiconductor

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in PLM consulting and functional leadership.
Extensive Teamcenter implementations and transformations.
Strong understanding of semiconductor product development processes.
Proven experience leading global PLM transformation programs.
Experience with BOM, NPI/NPD, and Requirements & Fit-Gap analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead business process consulting and Teamcenter solution definition activities.
Conduct requirements gathering, process assessments, and fit-gap workshops.
Drive PLM transformation programs within semiconductor environments.
Define and optimize ECM, BOM, NPI/NPD, and Product Development processes.
Partner with business leaders and technical teams to align Teamcenter capabilities with business objectives.
Provide leadership during design, testing, deployment, and user adoption phases.
Support integration strategy involving CAD, ERP, and MES systems.
