Job summary

Anduril Industries in California is seeking an experienced PLM Software Engineer with strong Teamcenter expertise to join the ArsenalOS PLM team. You will architect and implement mission-critical Teamcenter customizations, integrations, and solutions that enable engineering teams to design, manage, and deliver complex hardware products at scale.

This role requires hands-on software development in Java, C++, and C#, plus experience with ITK, BMIDE, AW, SOA, and data modeling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering building products
• 3+ years hands-on Teamcenter development (ITK, BMIDE, AW)
• Strong Java, C++, C# programming skills
• Experience with CI/CD and modern software practices
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Teamcenter customizations and integrations (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, AW)
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP/MES/CAD
• Design scalable data models and business logic
• Improve platform observability and reliability
• Lead architectural decisions and high-quality code contributions
• Leverage AI tooling for rapid development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product and manufacturing
