Job summary

HCLTech seeks an experienced Teamcenter Technical Lead Engineer to support Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions for U.S. export-controlled programs.

The role emphasizes Teamcenter Server Administration, Active Workspace customization, and validation support within regulated environments. You will work with stakeholders, architects, and developers to gather requirements, design technical solutions, implement enhancements, and provide ongoing enterprise PLM support.

Qualifications

8+ years of Siemens Teamcenter PLM experience.
Experience with Teamcenter Server Administration, Configuration, and Customization.
Experience with validation activities in regulated environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in business and technical requirement discussions with stakeholders.
Create detailed functional design documents (FDDs) and technical design documents (TDDs).
Design and implement Teamcenter solutions that comply with business and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support for Teamcenter Server Administration, Configuration, and Customization.
Support AW Configuration and Customization, deployment, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain Teamcenter extensions, BMIDE configurations, and integrations.
Collaborate with validation and quality teams to support system validation activities.
