Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Teamcenter Administration experience.
• Experience managing Teamcenter users, groups, roles, and security.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter upgrades, patching, and migrations.
• Experience working with Siemens GTAC support.
• Proven ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and support Teamcenter infrastructure and services.
• Experience supporting Development, Testing, and Production environments.
• Exposure to CAD and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Teamcenter development, test, and production environments.
• Manage users, groups, roles, ACLs, and security permissions.
• Administer workflows, multisite environments, Dispatcher, FSC, and FMS services.
• Monitor system performance and ensure platform availability.
• Troubleshoot Teamcenter application and infrastructure issues.
• Install patches, upgrades, and software releases.
• Support Teamcenter migrations and version upgrades.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Siemens GTAC and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain system documentation and support knowledge management.
• Integration and automation: support integrations with CAD and enterprise applications.
