Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Wisconsin is seeking a Sr. Teacher to lead the implementation of our curriculum across classrooms, adapting it to each child's unique needs.

You will also coach and mentor less experienced teachers, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Qualifications

• 3 Years of center-based ECE experience.
• Meets the education requirements to be a Lead Teacher in WI.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to see, hear and engage with children safely.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits each child.
• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community partners.
