Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Sr. Teacher in Wisconsin to lead curriculum implementation and mentor fellow teachers across our centers. You will create a safe and engaging learning environment and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

The role requires ECE experience, adherence to state requirements for Lead Teacher, and strong communication skills. This on-site position offers opportunities to impact students and families daily.

Qualifications

• 3 years of center-based ECE experience.
• Meets the education requirements to be a Lead Teacher in Wisconsin and a minimum level 6 on The Registry.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
• Able to see/hear well to keep children safe and engage in activities.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and parents.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 Years of center-based ECE Experience
• Meets the education requirements to be a Lead Teacher in the state of WI and a minimum of a level 6 on The Registry
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
