Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Wisconsin is seeking a Sr. Teacher to lead and implement the center's curriculum, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and mentor less experienced teachers.

You will partner with families, support enrollment goals, and contribute to accreditation and community engagement while modeling best practices in early childhood education. Required: 3 years of center-based ECE, Lead Teacher eligibility in WI, CPR/First Aid, and ability to lift 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3 Years of center-based ECE Experience.
• Meets the education requirements to be a Lead Teacher in the state of WI and a minimum of a level 6 on The Registry.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 Years of center-based ECE Experience
