Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for a Taxation & Wealth Planning Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in taxation and wealth planning matters, including domestic and international estate planning, business succession planning, estate and trust administration and charitable giving.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, GRATs, charitable trusts, settlement agreements, special needs trusts, powers of attorney).
• Experience counseling clients through estate planning process.
• Experience in tax and estate administration matters (inheritance tax, probate petitions).
• Experience with trust and estate dispute resolution preferred.
• Experience with exemptions, charitable giving, irrevocable gifting trusts preferred.
• Corporate, M&A, or real estate experience a plus.
• Strong research skills required.
