Fox Rothschild seeks an experienced attorney specializing in estate planning and tax planning to join our DC office. You will draft wills, trusts, GRATs, and charitable trusts while counseling clients through complex estate and wealth planning.

The role involves handling probate petitions and inheritance tax matters, with additional exposure to international planning and potential disputes. Candidates with experience in M&A or real estate related to estate planning are a plus.

Formación

• Experience in taxation and wealth planning including domestic and international estate planning.
• Drafting estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, GRATs, charitable trusts, settlement agreements, SPAs, special needs trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Counsel clients through the estate planning process and handle tax and estate administration matters, including inheritance tax and probate petitions.
