Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Technology who partners with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify tax process challenges and design scalable solutions. You will lead requirements, data analysis, ETL, and low-code tooling to deliver value, mentor teammates, and ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, technology, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, tax technology, or related services.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools, ETL, data visualization, and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders and support external clients to identify business challenges and design scalable tax technology solutions.
• Perform requirements analysis, process design, and data evaluation including ETL activities.
• Configure solutions, test, document, and support client outcomes using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks and Power Platform.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to high-quality client delivery.
• Interface with stakeholders, translate requirements into functional specs, and provide proactive status updates.
