Job summary

Ryan's Senior Consultant, Tax Technology partners with internal stakeholders and clients to analyze tax processes and design scalable data-driven solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, and Power Platform. The role includes requirements analysis, process design, ETL, configuration, testing, and documentation to support tax technology delivery.

The ideal candidate will mentor teammates, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and leverage low-code/no-code tools to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in consulting, business analysis, or tax technology environments.
• Experience with tax, finance, accounting, or enterprise tech environments preferred.
• Ability to translate complex processes into actionable solutions.
• Experience with data analysis, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and ETL processes preferred.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, Alteryx, Power Platform, or related areas a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create positive team experience through collaboration and accountability.
• Mentor and train junior team members on business analysis, data analysis, and tax technology delivery practices.
• Review work products for accuracy, data integrity, and quality.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, global counterparts, and client delivery teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and practical adoption of tax technology tools.
