Ideal candidates hold a CPA or Enrolled Agent license, with 8+ years of relevant experience in a professional services setting, and will stay current on federal and state tax laws while fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a professional services environment.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent license.
• Experience in a CPA firm, financial consulting, or similar setting.
• CPE requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review tax returns for clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies for clients.
• Manage a portfolio of tax engagements and supervise staff.
• Monitor engagement progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate complex tax concepts to clients and provide insights.
