Talley LLP seeks a Senior Tax Manager to lead the Tax Practice, serving high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. You will mentor managers and staff, review complex engagements, and collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated tax solutions.

The role offers a path toward Principal or Partner in a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm with a hybrid work culture and competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required with 10–15+ years in public accounting tax.
• Extensive experience serving high-net-worth individuals and family-owned businesses.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to mentor tax professionals and lead teams.
• Experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S tax returns and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client advisory for sophisticated tax engagements.
• Provide year-round strategic tax planning and wealth preservation guidance.
• Mentor and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff Accountants.
• Manage staffing, workflow, and departmental operations.
• Drive cross‑sell opportunities across Talley service lines.
• Communicate new tax legislation and ensure technical excellence.
