You will conduct complex tax research and communicate findings in clear reports.

Qualified candidates will have CPA licensure, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Taxation, 9+ years of tax experience, and MS in a related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 9+ years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting, or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting.
• Current and valid CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters and communicate findings clearly through well-structured reports.
• Review tax return preparations completed by other staff to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong client relationships by identifying tax issues and delivering actionable insights.
• Mentor and manage tax professionals, providing coaching and career development support.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field

Master's Degree in related field
