Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead federal tax compliance and consulting for middle market to multinational clients in the United States. The role emphasizes client relationships, technical leadership, and engagement profitability.

You will supervise teams, collaborate across practice areas, and contribute to growth while advancing leadership skills through firm programs and development opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or law; masters or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA or JD required.
• Eight or more years of federal tax compliance and consulting experience in a professional services firm.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others and deliver exceptional client service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and related software.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry-specific clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters with middle market to multinational clients.
• Consult on technical matters in corporate and pass-through taxation, ASC740, and related areas.
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries with client recommendations.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex state/local, international, and credits issues.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing and profitability targets.
• Network to acquire new clients, projects and revenue.
• Invest in professional development and mentor team members.
