Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA, EA, CA, or similar professional designation.
• 8–15 years of public accounting tax experience with escalating responsibilities.
• Strong technical tax, research, and planning expertise.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and complex engagements.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements from planning through final delivery.
• Review tax returns, research, and consulting projects.
• Advise clients on proactive tax strategies to minimize exposure.
• Serve as primary advisor and relationship manager for clients.
• Mentor and develop emerging tax professionals.
• Oversee multiple engagements, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to provide additional value to clients.
