Qualifications

• CPA license or eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of public accounting experience.
• Experience preparing and reviewing: 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041, 706, 709 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals and privately held businesses on tax strategies, compliance, and planning.
• Lead the preparation and review of federal and state tax filings (1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041, 706, 709).
• Mentor and train junior staff.
• Conduct technical tax research and identify planning opportunities.
• Stay current on tax law changes and improve engagement efficiency.
