Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and escalate complex tax matters to senior management and subject-matter professionals.
• Deliver and manage compliance and consulting services to meet deadlines.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance only on complex situations.
• Display specialized depth or breadth of tax expertise.
• Coordinate with client tax liaisons and trust teams for timely information and reporting.
• Manage engagement deliverables and team resources for timely delivery.
• Advise on complex tax matters and assign tasks to staff.
• Review work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
