Job summary

EY's FSO EDGE Private practice provides specialized tax assistance for high-net-worth clients, privately held firms, and their families. You will handle cross-border matters and work with a global team on complex tax planning and compliance projects.

You will lead engagements, coach staff, and build long-term client relationships while delivering high-quality tax services in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law or Economics.
• CPA, EA or licensed attorney required.
• 5+ years in a professional services or tax services organization in financial services.
• Proficient in tax and accounting technologies.
• Strong teamwork and leadership, with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and escalate complex tax matters to senior staff.
• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting delivery to meet deadlines.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance only on complex cases.
• Manage client communications and gather information for timely tax reporting.
• Provide leadership, feedback and coaching to team members.
