Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Services Manager for the FSO EDGE Private practice in the US. You will deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work for private entities and high-net-worth individuals, coordinating with clients and teams to ensure timely, accurate tax reporting.

You will lead and coach staff, advise on complex tax matters, and help build long-term client relationships within a hybrid work model. Strong CPA/EA or attorney credentials and 8+ years in tax services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics is required.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney credentials are required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tax services within financial services is required.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and state/local tax experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work for clients with deadlines.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance on complex cases.
• Coordinate with client tax liaisons and teams to gather information and prepare tax statements.
• Support long-term client relationships and efficient workflow.
• Manage engagement deliverables, team resources, and engagement economics.
