Sandella Sova Search Partners, in partnership with a Fortune 500 company in Atlanta, seeks a Senior Tax Analyst to join the ASC 740 provision team. You will contribute to tax accounting, federal and multi-state provisions, and compliant reporting within a collaborative, high-caliber environment.

You will work with external advisors and internal teams on planning opportunities, acquisitions, audits, and process improvements, while leveraging tax software and ERP systems to drive accurate, timely

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 4+ years of tax experience in accounting for income taxes or corporate tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of federal and multi-state income taxation, and ASC 740.
• Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems (OneSource, Corptax, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review tax provisions (ASC 740), including deferred tax calculations and financial reporting.
• Reconcile book-to-tax differences and calculate current and deferred federal, state, and local provisions for multi-entity filings.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors for planning opportunities and IRS matters.
• Conduct research on evolving tax laws and regulations to assess their impact on the company.
• Assist in tax-related projects, including acquisitions, audits, and process improvements.
