NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a senior tax professional to lead complex corporate and partnership tax returns and ASC740 provisions. The role focuses on research, planning, forecasting, analysis, and defending tax positions within a dynamic energy company.

Responsibilities include managing tax-related projects, preparing tax returns and work papers, and collaborating with management to improve process efficiency and accuracy in tax calculations. Relocation may be provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience.
• Masters in Accounting/Finance and CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages tax-related projects, including system maintenance and/or development.
• Prepares/reviews tax returns and tax work papers.
• Researches laws, regulations and court cases to minimize tax liability.
• Drafts responses to inquiries from government agencies regarding tax filings.
