Qualifications

• Completion of tax interviews with clients face-to-face and virtually (video/phone/chat/email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support; all certification levels may provide tax notice services; Circular 230 allowed representations.
• Mentor and support teammates.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
