You will lead and mentor tax teams, review complex returns, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry leadership.
• CPA or EA license required; certifications preferred.
• Experience with 990s, pass-through entities, and individual returns is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients and tax teams with strong project management and relationship development.
• Advise on tax planning, advisory, accounting, and compliance projects while maintaining service excellence.
• Develop and mentor a team of tax consultants to ensure exceptional client service for PYA tax clients.
