You will manage complex engagements, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive profitability while maintaining rigorous quality and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence or primary office.
• Twelve or more years of tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and client service capability.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior tax client service, relationship ownership, or capability leadership.
• Oversee teams delivering tax services across capabilities, geographies, and specialists.
• Manage multiple engagements, monitor resources, economics, and quality.
• Identify tax matters early and guide teams through complex issues.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to anticipate needs and connect with the right expertise.
• Support growth through pipeline development and cross-firm collaboration.
• Ensure profitability, billing, collections, and engagement economics.
• Apply ethics and professional judgment to all activities.
• Utilize digital tools and standardized processes to improve client experience.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.
