Jobot is seeking a Senior Tax Partner in Fort Myers Beach, FL, a hybrid, permanent role with a clear path to equity partnership. You will lead tax engagements, oversee high net worth clients, and drive growth across federal and state tax, S corp, and 1065 partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tax management, proven leadership, and strong client relationship skills. This role offers ownership potential, a competitive equity-driven package, and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in tax management, including Federal & State tax, S corp, and partnerships.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Oversee firm operations and prepare Federal and State tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations with high net worth.
• Guide clients on tax planning and compliance; stay updated on tax laws.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and tax compliance.
• Lead and supervise the tax team; foster collaboration and productivity.
• Manage tax audits and inquiries; represent clients before tax authorities.
• Conduct tax research and develop strategies to minimize liabilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide advisory services.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings to minimize penalties.
