Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• Licensed attorney, CPA, EA, or IPT member required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization.
• Strong attention to detail and good written & verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiar with tax/finance software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial closings, tax compliance filings, and related business analysis.
• Compile and evaluate data, computations, documentation, and tax/accounting technologies.
• Manage client relationships, ensure data quality, and guide engagement teams.
• Lead engagements and teams to deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
• Demonstrate deep technical excellence and mentor team members.
