Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Customer Tax Operations and Reporting to lead complex tax reporting for financial institutions. You will gather documents for FATCA/CRS, update client records, and provide WHT, GST and VAT reporting.

You’ll work across global compliance, entity classification, and economic substance advisories, leveraging technology to improve processes. The role requires managing engagements from planning through closure, oversight of budgets, and regular travel to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (4-year degree).
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant tax consulting or operational experience.
• Licensed attorney or CPA preferred.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others.
• Strong client relationships and revenue growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex tax reporting solutions ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage client relationships and advise on compliance and reporting.
• Oversee implementation of technology-driven tax reporting processes.
• Interface with clients and internal teams on large CTORS engagements.
• Prepare documentation, analyses and budgets for engagements.
