Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Customer Tax Operations and Reporting to support financial institutions on FATCA, CRS, WHT, GST and VAT. You will verify customer documents, update records, and provide indirect tax reporting in a regulated environment, while maintaining high service quality and risk oversight.

You will work within EY’s IRW tax team, collaborating with colleagues to interpret complex rules, deliver technical guidance, and implement changes across clients’ processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Licensed attorney or CPA required or preferred depending on role.
• Experience in tax information reporting and withholding work is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interpret IRS Code, regulations and instructions to support information reporting and withholding requirements.
• Deliver processes, solutions and projects with sound judgment and defined deliverables; track status and engagement economics.
• Coordinate work of junior colleagues; meet performance objectives including client service, quality and risk management.
• Travel to meet client needs as required and contribute to RFP responses and resource planning.
