Job summary

EY EDGE practice offers opportunities to focus on US and global tax information reporting and withholding matters. You will lead a tax operations team, coordinate data preparation and reporting, and drive efficient delivery for clients in financial services across domestic and international delivery teams.

You’ll work with experienced practitioners, manage client expectations, and mentor staff while supporting audits and process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, tax, law or economics.
• Minimum 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA or licensed attorney credentials are required or preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with strong analysis and communication.
• Ability to draft business requirements and process diagrams.
• Experience leading teams and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations and data preparation, aggregation, reporting and filings.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions and monitor KPIs across work streams.
• Develop team members and manage engagement economics and budgets.
• Ensure standardized processes and provide training as needed.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation of current processes.
• Coach and develop tax professionals and manage performance.
• Travel up to 20% to support engagements.
