Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 8+ years of operational delivery experience.
• CPA, EA, or licensed attorney.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; tax systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations team and manage data preparation and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients and track KPIs across work streams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality of service.
• Develop team members and manage engagement economics.
• Support client audits with documentation.
