Walmart is seeking a Senior Analyst, Tax Operations Spark Driver Platform to execute tax processes and support workflows ensuring accuracy in reporting to the IRS and stage agencies. You will collaborate across tax, compliance, earnings and technology to drive regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Federal, state tax compliance including 1099 reporting and withholding.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and regulatory data.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, audit support and planning.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Form 1099 tax information reporting workflows to IRS and state agencies.
• Gather data and prepare tax workpapers and schedules.
• Respond to notices and inquiries with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Validate transaction details through control checks and variance reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and respond to compliance requests.
