Job summary

Andersen Tax LLC is seeking a Senior Manager for the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. You will oversee multiple engagement teams serving some of the wealthiest families, family offices, owner-operated businesses, and other sophisticated clients across the US.

You will lead business development, maintain client relationships, oversee complex tax return reviews, draft memoranda, and mentor junior staff, while receiving training from senior leaders on wealth transfer strategies and related

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an accounting firm.
• At least 5 years of Private Client experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field (Preferred).
• Advanced credential allowing client representation before IRS (CPA or JD) required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development activities (proposals, webinars, cross-service line collaboration).
• Maintain client communication to ensure satisfaction and deadlines; monitor legislative changes.
• Conduct primary and secondary review of complex tax returns (federal/state).
• Draft technical tax memoranda.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate Interns, Associates and Senior Associates.
• Receive formal PCS and on-the-job training from top tax leaders.
