Job summary

Andersen Tax LLC in the Long Island region seeks a Senior Manager in Private Client Services to lead engagement teams for sophisticated clients including wealthy families, family offices, and owner-operated businesses.

You will oversee business development, maintain client relationships, review complex returns, draft memoranda, supervise teams, and participate in ongoing PCS training to master wealth transfer and estate planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm.
• At least 5 years of Private Client experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development activities (proposals, webinars, cross-service line collaboration).
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet deadlines; implement legislative changes.
• Conduct primary and secondary review of complex federal and state tax returns.
• Draft technical tax memoranda.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Intern, Associate and Senior Associates.
• Receive formal PCS and on-the-job training from senior leaders on wealth transfer techniques.
