Qualifications

• Strong public accounting tax background.
• Tax review experience.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Leadership and mentoring ability.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Sees the bigger picture beyond preparing and reviewing returns.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual and business tax returns.
• Lead tax planning and advisory conversations.
• Manage and strengthen key client relationships.
• Oversee engagements and help keep projects moving.
• Mentor and develop staff.
• Work directly with ownership on client and firm needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service and grow relationships.
• Become a trusted resource for both clients and the team.
