The role reports to Tax Partners and Senior Managers and offers a clear path toward Partner. Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $175,000 with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s in Tax a plus.
• CPA designation is required.
• 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting, incl. 3+ years supervising.
• Direct responsibility for reviewing and signing federal and multi-state tax returns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; adaptable to new technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with tax law and industry changes.
• Experience with CCH Axcess and ProSystems Engagement preferred.

Responsibilities
