The ideal candidate will combine strong technical tax expertise with exceptional leadership and client-service skills.

The role includes supervising staff, reviewing returns, delegating tasks, and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering timely, accurate work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Active CPA license.
• 7+ years public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state taxation.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance services for partnerships and not-for-profits, including affordable housing and community development.
• Lead complex tax engagements and manage staff performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships with timely, high-quality service.
• Review federal and state tax returns prepared by staff at all levels.
• Research complex tax matters and communicate conclusions to clients and team.
