• Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and compliance.
• Conduct research and analysis of complex tax issues with up-to-date knowledge.
• Review and supervise tax return preparations for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of private corporations, S corporations, and partnerships tax matters including state taxes.
