Job summary

Frazier & Deeter, a rapidly growing Top 50 accounting and advisory firm, seeks a Senior Manager for its High Net Worth tax practice. You will plan, manage, and review complex engagements for high net worth clients, guiding teams and advising on sophisticated tax and wealth planning matters to support firm growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience with HNW tax focus.
• Deep understanding of estate, gift, and trust tax laws.
• Expertise in IRC Sections 671-679 and estate tax principles.
• Familiarity with family office services and private foundations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses and trusts.
• Lead tax engagements from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating tax concepts clearly.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of client tax returns and regulatory compliance.
• Review work and provide feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Monitor engagement profitability through budgeting, billing, and client management.
