Job summary

Frazier & Deeter, a Top 50 accounting and advisory firm with multiple U.S. offices, is seeking a HNW Tax Senior Manager to lead high net worth engagements and advise clients on sophisticated tax and wealth planning matters.

You will work with partners and staff to manage planning, budgeting, reviews, and delivery of complex engagements, while guiding teams and growing the firm’s high net worth practice. A CPA and senior-level public accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience in HNW tax.
• Experience with estate, gift and trust tax laws.
• CPA license required.
• Strong client relationship and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with private foundations and family offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex tax returns for high net worth individuals and trusts.
• Lead engagements from planning through delivery and budgeting.
• Develop client relationships and drive business development.
• Provide tax planning and compliance consulting for investments and reorganizations.
• Oversee team and ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Monitor engagement profitability and budgets.
