Job summary

Frazier & Deeter is seeking a senior leader for our High Net Worth tax practice in the United States. As a HNW Tax Senior Manager, you will plan, manage, review, and complete complex client engagements while guiding teams and advising on sophisticated tax and wealth planning matters.

You will drive client relationships, lead engagements from start to finish, and work with partners to grow the firm’s high net worth services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
CPA license, active.
8+ years of progressive public accounting experience focused on HNW tax planning, compliance, and consulting.
Deep understanding of estate, gift, and trust tax laws and their application.
Expertise in IRC Sections 671-679 and estate tax principles.
Familiarity with family office services and private foundations.

Responsibilities

Manage and review complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses and trusts.
Lead tax engagements from planning to delivery, including budgeting and fees.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service and understanding their business needs.
Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating tax concepts clearly and effectively.
Ensure timely filing of client tax returns and regulatory compliance.
Review work by team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality.
Monitor engagement profitability by managing budgets, billing, and client expectations.
