Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a Senior Manager of Tax to lead complex partnership tax matters, allocations, capital accounts and federal considerations from our Charlotte office.

You will drive tax compliance, manage external advisors, and partner with Finance, Legal and senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including international tax and M&A.

This role offers high visibility, significant ownership and opportunities to shape tax strategy within a growing multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive tax experience with strong federal partnership tax knowledge.
• Corporate tax experience is highly attractive; partnership-focused public accounting translates well.
• Experience in a complex, multi-entity environment and managing multiple tax workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee complex partnership tax matters, including allocations, capital accounts and related federal tax considerations.
• Manage key tax compliance and reporting processes while effectively leveraging and overseeing external advisors.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide tax guidance and support broader strategic initiatives.
• Gain exposure to international tax, M&A, tax planning and other high-impact projects as the organization continues to evolve.
