You will mentor staff, advise clients on a full spectrum of tax matters, and help drive the firm’s tax practice forward in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and extensive public accounting experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of public accounting or related tax experience.
• Experience supervising and training staff preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• Proficient in corporate, partnership, and multi-state tax matters.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on comprehensive tax matters across entities and trusts.
• Review engagements to ensure quality control compliance.
• Oversee multiple client engagements with timely communication.
• Provide recommendations to partners on technical and engagement issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Support staff development and training through performance reviews.
