Qualifications

• Experience in federal and state tax compliance and planning for individuals, trusts, estates, and related entities.
• Strong background in gift, trust, and estate taxation.
• Ability to provide strategic tax planning advice to high net worth clientele.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, trusts, estates, and pass-through entities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to family members on income tax, gift, estate, and wealth-transfer strategies.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, attorneys, and investment professionals to ensure aligned planning and execution.
• Review complex federal and state tax returns; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and risk management.
• Provide proactive tax planning around liquidity events, investments, and generational transitions.
• Oversee and mentor junior tax staff or coordinate work performed by outside firms.
